As a coach I mainly guide executive teams through transitions. Both through team transitions and organizational transitions. These coaching trajectories often consist of several sessions in which much attention is paid to the implementation and follow-up of the resulting action plans. I am fully committed to the buy-in and self-reliance of all team members.
